Job summary

Pinnacle Recruitment is seeking an experienced Site Agent to lead multi-discipline civil projects across the Hampshire and Surrey regions. The role requires strong leadership, site management, and HSEQS compliance to deliver on time and budget.

You will coordinate subcontractors, manage site staff, and ensure quality control while driving programme targets and maintaining safe working practices.

Responsibilities

• Participates in compiling the initial programme and weekly targets.
• Plans site setup and ensures facilities are ready before launch.
• Manages relationships with sub-contractors on site.
• Ensures HSEQS protocols are followed at all times.
• Maintains quality control procedures throughout the project.
• Drives project pace and plans field work.
• Coordinates activity sequences and supervises site staff.
• Relates commercial strategy to on-site activities.
