Job summary

The BUSY Group UK is seeking an exceptional Chief Executive Officer to lead the organisation through its next phase of growth, integration and maturity. Based in the UK with reporting lines to the UK Board and Group CEO in Australia, this role drives social impact across education, employability, health and wellbeing services while ensuring commercial sustainability.

Qualifications

Proven track record of leading complex, multi-entity organisations.
Experience delivering sustainable growth and operational improvement.
Strong commercial and financial acumen with P&L responsibility.
Experience working with Boards and executive leadership in matrix/group structures.

Responsibilities

Create an integrated UK business by aligning multiple service lines and brands.
Strengthen operational leadership and accountability across UK operations.
Provide strong financial stewardship with forecasting, investment planning and growth.
Lead within a global matrix, collaborating with international leadership and UK Board.
Identify strategic opportunities and ensure readiness for expansion.
Champion governance, safeguarding, compliance and risk management.
Develop strategic relationships with government, funders, regulators and stakeholders.
Build a values-led culture focused on collaboration, inclusion and continuous improvement.
