Brightbridge Executive Search Ltd is seeking a hands-on Chief Executive Officer / Managing Director for a confidential PE-backed consumer services business in the UK. The role focuses on improving commercial execution, leading a 20–30 person operation and driving revenue and EBITDA growth.

As a hands-on leader, you will be close to the team, comfortable with detail when needed, and work with the Board and private equity investor to prepare the business for the next value-creation stage,

Formación

• Experience leading a mid-sized operation (20–30 people) with responsibility for revenue, people and performance.
• Strong track record in driving revenue, margins and operational efficiency.
• Proven ability to translate strategy into action across sales, marketing and operations.
