Job summary

Soho House is seeking a Head of Bars & Beverage, UK to lead the beverage strategy across the UK Houses. You will shape programming, menus, supplier partnerships, and standards to deliver a best-in-class experience in line with the Soho House brand.

This hands-on role blends strategic leadership with operational excellence, overseeing menu development, pricing, COGS, and talent development. You’ll collaborate across Operations, Procurement, Finance, Design, Membership, and People & Development to

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years in beverage/F&B operations within hospitality, restaurants, hotels, or clubs.
• Proven experience leading or supporting multi-site beverage programs.
• Strong commercial acumen with budgets, COGS, pricing and margins.
• Deep knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages in the UK market.
• Experience managing supplier relationships and negotiations.
• Proven leadership and talent development experience.
• Strong operational knowledge: inventory, licensing, compliance.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience supporting openings, renovations, or new beverage concepts is a plus.
• Proficiency in POS and inventory systems (e.g., MICROS).
• Hospitality/Business degree preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of the UK beverage strategy across Soho House locations.
• Drive beverage program evolution across cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic offerings.
• Set beverage standards, pricing, margins, and forecasting for the UK portfolio.
• Develop supplier relationships and sourcing strategies with procurement.
• Coach and develop Bar Managers and leadership across the UK Houses.
• Support new openings, renovations, and bar development projects.
• Ensure brand-aligned, compliant operations and exceptional member experiences.
