Responsibilities

• Lead UK BD and Tenders & Proposals team to deliver market strategies and work-winning success.
• Manage UK regional pipeline, opportunities, and client interfaces.
• Develop and align UK strategy with sector leaders and group BD Director.
• Represent Tony Gee across industry events and client forums.
• Mentor and line-manage UK BD Managers and Proposals staff.
