Job summary

Hyve Group, based in the United Kingdom, is seeking an HR Director to partner with global leadership and shape the people strategy across two key business areas. This maternity-cover role focuses on culture, leadership and high performance to help Hyve grow while preserving its distinctive working environment.

You will lead senior-level people decisions, drive talent and succession planning, and ensure strong organisation design and capability to meet future needs.

Qualifications

• Significant experience operating as HR Director or equivalent.
• Proven ability to coach and influence senior leaders.
• Experience across culture, leadership, talent, succession, organisation design and complex change.
• Commercially astute; translate business strategy into clear people priorities.
• Experience supporting international or dispersed teams; strong UK employment law knowledge.
• Engaging, credible leader with strategic thinking and execution.
• CIPD qualified or equivalent senior HR experience.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted adviser, coach and challenger to senior leaders.
• Translate business priorities into focused people strategies that drive performance.
• Lead talent and succession planning for strong pipelines.
• Shape organisation design and workforce capability for the future.
• Lead the people agenda through growth and change; ensure effective communication.
• Partner across the wider People team to deliver a high-quality experience for global teams.
