Hyve Group Ltd is seeking an experienced HR Director for a 12‑month maternity cover based in the UK. You will partner with senior leaders across global teams to shape and deliver a people strategy that supports ambitious business goals and a strong culture.

The role requires commercial judgement and a clear focus on leadership, talent and high performance. You will champion Hyve’s culture, lead succession and organisation design, and steer transformational change to ensure the business grows

Formación

• Significant experience operating as HR Director or equivalent in a global business.
• Proven ability to coach and influence senior leaders to shape people decisions.
• Strong track record in culture, leadership, talent, succession and org design.

• Act as trusted adviser to senior leaders and shape people strategy.
• Lead change and growth initiatives with a focus on culture and performance.
• Drive talent management, succession planning and leadership development.
• Ensure people policies align with UK employment law and global requirements.
