Job summary

Point of Rental Software / Record360 in the UK is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join our growing team. The role focuses on resolving customer tickets efficiently (about 80%), and also dedicates time to customer implementations and onboarding initiatives to drive successful deployments.

The successful candidate will work with cross-functional teams, become a product expert, and help refine support processes while delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years experience managing a support queue within Zendesk or similar CRM.
• 1-2 years experience leading onboarding and implementations for custom-configured accounts.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customers quickly and kindly via Zendesk Platform.
• Become product and industry expert to help customers learn best practices.
• Build and edit workflows within JSON and configuration tools.
• Lead UK client onboardings via Zoom and provide hands-on activation support.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Engineering and Product teams.
• Develop new support processes and help optimize customer experiences.
• Ensure overnight tickets are cleared and cover UK business hours.
