Inceptua Group is hiring an Account Executive for Clinical Trial Supply and Services (CTS) to be based in the UK. You will report to the Head of Business Development and drive new business, engaging with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive CTS solutions.

The role requires building strong client relationships, understanding manufacturing and logistics capabilities, and achieving sales targets across international accounts.

Formación

• 3+ years in Pharma/CRO/CMO with clinical trial supplies or packaging/labeling services.
• Strong negotiation and customer-facing skills.
• Proven ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience working with international organisations and cross-cultural teams.

Responsabilidades

• Develop understanding of CTS capabilities and services including manufacturing, depot, and logistics.
• Identify target accounts and prepare tailored propositions to win new business.
• Engage with prospective clients through multiple channels to generate new business.
• Work with Sales, Operations, Quality, Legal and Finance to expand market share.
• Meet or exceed annual sales and profitability targets.
• Build relationships with Key Decision Makers and Technical/Economic Buyers.
• Maintain a robust funnel of new client relationships and opportunities.
• Manage opportunities to closure, coordinating with internal experts for quotes and PO conversion.
• Enter activity data into ERP/CRM and attend customer meetings onsite.
