Job summary

Syneos Health, Inc. in London is seeking an organized and customer-focused Account Executive to coordinate digital product projects within clinical trials and healthcare communications.

You will support client communications, assist with project planning, and help drive adoption of VIPro and related services. The role involves cross-functional collaboration with sponsors, study teams and product/technology stakeholders, with opportunities to contribute to scope, budgets and new business

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in life sciences, healthcare, communications, business or technology.
• At least two years of professional experience in a service environment with project coordination and account support.
• Experience coordinating activities across teams in a service/healthcare/regulated environment.
• Interest in digital products and technology and knowledge of product-development processes.
• Familiarity with AI tools in content, operations or delivery workflows is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support client communications, meetings and follow-up for assigned projects, including work with sponsors and study teams.
• Prepare for and participate in client touchpoints, communicate project status, document next steps and complete follow-up.
• Escalate project risks, issues and client concerns to the account lead as appropriate.
• Coordinate project activities and deliver work reliably with guidance from an account lead.
• Develop and maintain project timelines, action plans and meeting materials; track risks, issues, actions and deliverables.
• Support demonstrations, solution reviews and implementation planning for internal and external customers.
• Support project administration and financial tracking with guidance from the account lead.
• Assist with project estimates, statements of work, budget tracking and related communications.
• Review project utilization information and flag potential scope or budget changes.
