Catalent is recruiting a Regional Sales Director for Clinical Development and Services, based in the UK. You will lead a team of 6 Account Managers/Directors selling Clinical Services within the CSS segment across EMEA, driving revenue, quotes and funnel goals while developing staff.

You will engage with senior customers, shape territory strategy and ensure delivery quality, safety, and on-time performance.

Qualifikationen

• BS/BA in a scientific discipline or related field; MBA preferred.
• Minimum 6 years of sales and/or sales management experience in a B2B environment; pharma knowledge.
• In-depth knowledge of Catalent's Clinical Supply Services product lines.
• Fluent in English; German or French a plus.
• Willingness to travel internationally up to 50% of the time.

• Promote the technology within the territory and support global accounts.
• Manage and enable contract negotiations in a timely, effective manner.
• Lead Account Managers/Directors to achieve revenue, sales, quote & funnel goals.
• Define the sales strategy and product priorities for the CSS Segment.
• Collaborate with senior management to address major opportunities and issues.
• Establish long-term relationships with customer decision-makers.
• Ensure customers are updated on new products within the technology.
• Oversee execution of strategic account plans and team development.
• Other duties as assigned.
