Job summary

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of FP&A/Accounting or software implementation experience.
• Passion for learning new technology and improving business processes.
• Resourceful with initiative to learn and grow.
• Excellent communication and understanding of customer needs.
• Ability to collaborate in a team and present to all levels.
• Experience with problem solving (quantitative, conceptual, analytical).
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Data integration and data modeling experience or willingness to learn.
• Experience or knowledge of database management (ETL, Oracle, SQL Server).

Responsibilities

• Configure the data model, financial templates and reports, and set up automated workflows.
• Deliver against customer satisfaction and time-to-value metrics.
• Lead on-site or virtual workshops to elicit business and technical requirements.
• Enable customers to adopt the product and maximize value.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to deliver projects on time and on budget.
• Learn the product quickly and ask questions as needed.
• Travel as required.
