Job summary

Vena in the United Kingdom is seeking an Associate Consultant with flexible options: the role can be based in our London office full time, hybrid throughout the week, or entirely remotely within the UK.

You will support the implementation of the Vena product, configuring the data model, financial templates and reports, integrating data from customer systems, and setting up automated workflows to drive success.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of work experience in FP&A/Accounting and/or Software Implementation.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with customers at all levels.
• Strong MS Excel skills and data modeling experience or willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of Vena product for our customers, configuring the data model, financial templates and reports, integrating data from customer systems and setting up automated workflows
• Deliver against our customer satisfaction and time-to-value metrics
• Actively participate in on-site or virtual workshops with customers to elicit business and technical requirements
• Enable customers through superb communication to adopt the product and maximize value from their Vena investment
• Work closely with Project Managers day-to-day to deliver projects on time and on budget, proactively communicating issues as needed
• Be a self-starter when learning our product and ask lots of questions
• Travel as required
