• Legal qualification required (LLB/LLM or equivalent).
• Experience leading a content development function or team.
• Extensive people management experience.
• Experience owning author/licensor/expert relationships.
• Experience cross-collaborating across global regions and functions.
• Experience partnering with commercial, product, or go-to-market stakeholders.
• Experience with agentic AI and content-technology adoption.
• Experience managing budgets and negotiating contracts.

Responsibilities

• Shape the UK Analytical content development strategy and manage delivery of the departmental plan.
• Grow the portfolio while maintaining quality, currency, and cost management.
• Develop and coach the content development team; implement succession planning and performance management.
• Oversee author, licensor, and expert relationships with stakeholders.
• Translate market needs into portfolio priorities and commissioning plans.
• Develop metrics and analytics for content quality, currency, and author pipeline health.
• Lead adoption of GenAI-enabled content capabilities with human-in-the-loop validation.
• Coordinate content integration for acquisitions and global initiatives.
