Job summary

LexisNexis Legal & Professional is seeking the Head of UK Analytical Content Development to shape and deliver the UK portfolio content strategy. You will lead teams across the UK and South Africa, driving content quality, commissioning excellence, and AI-enabled innovation while ensuring accuracy and scalability of legal content.

You will partner with Editorial Operations, Product, Technology, and Commercial stakeholders to meet evolving customer needs and scale the analytics business globally.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a content development function or team.
• Extensive people management experience, leading teams through change.
• Experience owning author, licensor, or expert relationships.
• Experience cross-collaborating across global regions and functions.
• Experience partnering with commercial, product, or go-to-market stakeholders.
• Experience with agentic AI and content-technology adoption.
• Experience managing budgets and negotiating contracts.

Responsibilities

• Shape the content development strategy for the UK Analytical portfolio and manage the departmental plan delivery.
• Grow the portfolio while maintaining content quality, currency, and cost control.
• Develop and coach the content development team with feedback, talent development and performance review.
• Oversee author, licensor, and expert relationships and contracting with Commercial stakeholders.
• Translate market needs into portfolio priorities, commissioning and go-to-market plans.
• Establish metrics and analytics on content quality, currency, and author pipeline.
