Job summary

The INKEY List is seeking an Affiliate Performance Manager to lead and scale our UK affiliate programme with a clear focus on revenue growth, creator productivity and ROI. The role collaborates with Trading, Influencer and commercial teams to drive sustainable revenue across platforms.

Based in London with hybrid working, you will own performance, set targets, and optimise commissions, incentives and investments to scale creator activity and revenue.

Qualifications

• Experience in affiliate marketing, performance marketing or creator commerce.
• Strong ability to grow revenue through data-led optimisation and acquisition strategies.
• Excellent forecasting, modelling and commercially grounded recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Own UK affiliate revenue performance with growth targets and ROI.
• Build plans to grow affiliate revenue via creator acquisition and activation.
• Develop a performance-led creator acquisition strategy and content pipeline.
• Analyse performance data and translate insights into commercial actions.
