The Opportunity

We’re looking for a strategic, results-driven Account Executive to help accelerate our expansion in the UK market. In this role, you’ll play a key part in scaling our business by driving sales initiatives, engaging with HR and Talent Acquisition leaders, and securing new business opportunities across multiple industries.

You’ll also have the unique opportunity to help shape our evolving sales strategy, collaborating with leadership and cross-functional teams to optimise our GTM approach and expand our market presence.

What You’ll Do:
  1. Conduct outbound activities to build a robust revenue pipeline and successfully generate leads through outbound prospecting.
  2. Identify, initiate, and nurture business relationships to create new opportunities within the enterprise market (1,000-20,000 employees).
  3. Build relationships with key stakeholders (TA, HR, and C-suite) to identify business challenges and align our value proposition with their goals.
  4. Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, including product demonstrations.
  5. Represent Clinch and PageUp at industry events and trade shows, and present thought leadership pieces.
  6. Capture and manage information, data, and metrics in our Salesforce CRM system.
About You

You’re a high-performing SaaS sales professional with experience in HR tech. You understand complex B2B sales cycles and have a proven track record of closing high-value deals in the enterprise space.

What You Bring:

  1. Proven success in SaaS sales, Recruitment Tech, HCM etc.
  2. A strategic mindset with the ability to navigate enterprise sales and close high-value contracts.
  3. Strong communication skills with experience in engaging and influencing HR, TA, and C-level stakeholders.
  4. Ability to collaborate with teams across marketing, sales enablement, and demand gen to drive results.
  5. You have a growth mindset, comfortable adapting to evolving market conditions and business priorities.
