Job summary

Anduril Industries UK seeks an Uncrewed Air Systems Technician to build, configure, and maintain its advanced UAS fleet. You will lead hardware integration, flight controller setup, and diagnostics to ensure operational readiness in a fast-paced defense tech environment.

The role requires expert troubleshooting, strong electronics skills, and the ability to travel for field integration and flight test operations, with a proactive safety mindset and high technical proficiency.

Qualifications

• Expert-level proficiency with Pixhawk and Cube Orange flight controllers and their integration.
• Proven experience in aviation maintenance, electronics, robotics or related field.
• Hands-on electronics soldering, battery management and component integration.

Responsibilities

• Lead physical integration, setup and configuration of UAS platforms.
• Manage flight controller calibration, firmware, and parameter tuning.
• Perform pre-/in-flight/post-flight diagnostics and field maintenance.
• Collaborate with engineering and flight test teams to feedback performance.
• Maintain technical records and configuration control.
