Job summary

Perfect Placement UK Ltd are seeking an experienced Tyre Fitter for our busy automotive service centre in Trowbridge. You’ll join a friendly workshop team, reporting to the Centre Manager, with a salary of £28,000-£30,000 per annum depending on experience, plus a performance-related bonus of approximately £33,600 per annum.

The role includes tyre repairs and fitting across all makes and models, with a 42.5-hour week, funded IMI training, pension, and life insurance benefits.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Tyre Fitter.
• Full UK driving licence with minimal points.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Professional approach to customer service and vehicle safety.
• The ability to work efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Carry out tyre repairs and fitting across all makes and models.
• Complete work safely and to a high standard.
• Identify and report faults to customers or management.
• Maintain high standards of workmanship and seek guidance when necessary.
• Complete accurate documentation per company policies.
• Support the workshop team to ensure efficient flow of work.
