Perfect Placement UK Ltd is seeking an experienced Tyre Fitter to join our busy automotive service centre in the Bath/Trowbridge area. The role offers a salary of £28,000–£30,000 per year, with a performance bonus averaging £33,600 annually, plus a 42.5-hour week and overtime opportunities.

You will work with a friendly workshop team, reporting to the Centre Manager. The position includes 28 days of annual leave, funded IMI training and pension/life insurance benefits, and staff discounts on

• Proven experience as a Tyre Fitter, gained through continued employment or an apprenticeship.
• A full UK driving licence with minimal points.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• A professional approach to customer service and vehicle safety.
• The ability to work efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Carry out accurate tyre repairs and fitting across all makes and models.
• Complete all work safely and to a consistently high standard.
• Remove and refit components, completing related adjustments where required.
• Identify and report any additional vehicle faults to customers or management.
• Maintain high standards of workmanship and seek guidance when necessary.
• Clean vehicles thoroughly following completed work.
• Complete accurate documentation in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Support the workshop team to ensure an efficient flow of work.

We are recruiting an experienced Tyre Fitter to join our busy automotive service centre in Trowbridge. You will work alongside a friendly workshop team, reporting to the Centre Manager, with a salary of £28,000–£30,000 per annum depending on experience, plus a performance-related bonus of approximately £33,600 per annum.

• Salary of £28,000–£30,000 per annum, dependent on experience and qualifications.
