Job summary

Perfect Placement UK Ltd are seeking an experienced Tyre Fitter for our busy automotive service centre in Trowbridge. You’ll join a friendly workshop team, reporting to the Centre Manager, with a salary of £28,000-£30,000 per annum depending on experience, plus a performance-related bonus of approximately £33,600 per annum.

The role includes tyre repairs and fitting across all makes and models, with a 42.5-hour week, funded IMI training, pension, and life insurance benefits.

We are recruiting an experienced Tyre Fitter to join our busy automotive service centre in Trowbridge. You will work alongside a friendly workshop team, reporting to the Centre Manager, with a salary of £28,000-£30,000 per annum depending on experience, plus a performance-related bonus of approximately £33,600 per annum.

Duties of a Tyre Fitter:

• Carry out accurate tyre repairs and fitting across all makes and models.
• Complete all work safely and to a consistently high standard.
• Remove and refit components, completing related adjustments where required.
• Identify and report any additional vehicle faults to customers or management.
• Maintain high standards of workmanship and seek guidance when necessary.
• Clean vehicles thoroughly following completed work.
• Complete accurate documentation in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Support the workshop team to ensure an efficient flow of work.

Requirements of a Tyre Fitter:

• Proven experience as a Tyre Fitter, gained through continued employment or an apprenticeship.
• A full UK driving licence with minimal points.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• A professional approach to customer service and vehicle safety.
• The ability to work efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
