Job summary

Red King Resourcing is seeking a highly organised Regional Studio Manager to oversee day-to-day operations across two studios in Bristol and Oxford. The role requires travel between sites, strong people leadership, and a focus on operational excellence and employee experience.

You will partner with Studio Directors and regional teams to implement improvements, mentor coordinators, and ensure consistent processes while supporting onboarding and cross-site collaboration.

Qualifications

• Experience as Studio Manager or similar in architectural, design, engineering, or creative practice.
• Proven coaching and leadership experience with teams.
• Strong organisational and coordination skills across locations.
• Excellent communication across all levels of the organisation.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and project management systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple studios (2) ensuring smooth and efficient running of each location.
• Partner with Studio Directors and regional leadership to implement operational improvements and best practices.
• Lead, mentor, and support studio coordinators or administrative teams, promoting collaboration and accountability.
• Act as a trusted contact for employees, fostering an engaging, inclusive workplace.
• Coordinate studio resources, facilities, and operational requirements to support project delivery and business objectives.
• Manage office procedures, policies, and systems to ensure consistency across the region.
• Support onboarding and integration of new employees into the studio culture.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, IT, and Facilities to ensure effective delivery of business support services.
• Monitor operational budgets and assist with supplier and facilities management.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and elevate the studio experience.
