Job summary

Amber House in Broughton, North Lincolnshire is seeking a Twilight Support Worker to join our residential home for adults with Autism and/or Learning Disabilities. You will provide tailored care, promote independence, and help residents feel safe and valued.

The role offers 21 or 24 hours per week, fixed shift patterns, and a pay rate of £12.80–£13.75 per hour. A generous joining bonus of £250 is payable on probation completion, with on-site parking and flexible hours.
