Job summary

Qualifications

• SVQ2 is desirable; full training is provided.
• Strong communication with residents and as part of a multi-disciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centred care per Care Plans.
• Assist with personal care and meals.
• Support residents with activities and outings.
• Offer friendly, listening presence and keep residents comfortable and valued.
