Job summary

Renaissance Care is recruiting Care Assistants for Malin Court Care Home in Scotland to join a compassionate team. Roles include supporting residents with personal care, meals, activities, and companionship, with full or part-time hours and a twilight shift 6pm–10pm.

Applicants with SVQ2 or prior care experience are welcome, though full training is provided. We offer a competitive hourly rate and a range of benefits to support your wellbeing and development.

Qualifications

• SVQ2 or prior care experience is beneficial but not essential; full training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, person-centred care in accordance with Care Plans.
• Assist residents with all aspects of their care needs while maintaining comfort and dignity.
• Support residents in personal care, meals, activities, and outings; be a friendly listener and encouraging presence.
