Job summary

Renaissance Care (Scotland) is seeking a Care Assistant for Malin Court on a day shift, 33 hours per week. You will engage with residents, support personal care, meals, and activities, and work within a multi-disciplinary team to ensure individual care plans are followed.

Full training is provided; SVQ2 is beneficial but not essential. The role emphasizes compassionate, person-centred care and ongoing development opportunities within the care home environment.

Qualifications

• SVQ2 or equivalent qualification is beneficial but not essential.
• Experience in the care sector is beneficial but full training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care and daily living activities.
• Support residents with 1:1 meaningful activities and engagement.
