Job summary

Sky is hiring for a Media Planning Lead to support the planning team across offline and online channels, delivering insight-led media plans in collaboration with agency partners and in-house teams.

You will oversee cross-vertical laydowns, manage budgets and timelines, and mentor a graduate team member during rotation. Flexible hybrid working and Osterley office provide space to develop bold media ideas.

Qualifications

• Detailed knowledge of all media channels, campaign development, measurement and optimisation.
• Strong relationship building with key stakeholders.
• Proven track record managing complex brand laydowns across priorities.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
• Experience mentoring junior team members.
• 5+ years in planning in a media agency or client side.

Responsibilities

• Support the Media Planning Team to deliver effective, insight-led media plans in collaboration with our agency and in-house teams.
• Provide support across Connectivity & TV Marketing teams as required.
• Challenge the status quo by exploring new opportunities and elevating media best practice.
• Collaborate with the Media Strategy team on Annual, Quarterly and Strategic projects.
• Manage and develop a graduate team member during rotation.
• Oversee cross-vertical annual laydown (The Sync) and track budgets across the year.
• Support the transition to a new media agency and refine processes.
