Job summary

Stockton-on-Tees Borough Council is seeking enthusiastic Casual Tutors to join the Learning and Skills Service in Stockton-on-Tees. You will plan, deliver and evaluate engaging learning programmes, supporting adult learners to develop new skills and achieve relevant qualifications. Experience in Hospitality & Catering, Team Leading, Health & Social Care, or DIY is valued.

This is a casual position with flexible teaching opportunities. Interviews are planned for 2nd and 3rd November 2026.

About the Role

As a Casual Tutor, you will play a key role in planning, delivering and evaluating engaging learning programmes. You will support adult learners to develop their skills, achieve recognised qualifications where appropriate, and meet their personal and professional goals.
