Job summary

Randstad Education in East Boldon seeks an empathetic 1:1 Specialist Tutor to deliver tailored Functional Skills Maths and English to a Year 11 student.

The role takes place at an equestrian center in East Boldon, offering a calm, non-traditional learning environment designed to keep the student engaged.

You will work to build confidence, support emotional regulation, and provide consistent weekly hours in a rewarding setting.

Qualifications

• Proven experience working 1:1 with secondary-age students with SEMH, communication, or sensory differences.
• Experience delivering Functional Skills or differentiated English and Maths content.
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one).
• Local to or able to commute to East Boldon.
