Trip.com is hiring a Customer Service Advisor in Edinburgh to assist travelers with hotel bookings and flight queries, delivering service across phone, chat, and email.

You will communicate fluently in English and Turkish, handle inquiries end-to-end, and work in a hybrid setup.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Turkish (written and verbal).
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to manage multiple web chats with fast, accurate typing.
• Comfortable working toward KPIs/targets.
• Travel and tourism experience desirable but not essential.
