Job summary

HOCHTIEF (UK) Construction Limited is recruiting a Sub Agent to lead a tunnelling project in Snowdonia, North Wales. You will manage the construction team within your area, ensuring delivery within programme and budget while coordinating subcontractors and maintaining health, safety and environmental compliance.

You must hold a CSCS Management card and understand CDM Regulations, working in line with contract procedures to achieve project goals and standards.

Qualifications

• CSCS Management card is essential.
• Good working knowledge of CDM Regulations and contract procedures.
• Experience leading a construction team and coordinating subcontractors.
• Ability to maintain health, safety and environmental compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the tunnelling works within area of responsibility.
• Manage all subcontractors and chair weekly meetings with each subcontractor.
