HOCHTIEF (UK) Construction Limited is recruiting a seasoned Planner to support bidding teams with robust planning, scheduling and control deliverables for tunnelling works in Snowdonia, North Wales. The role involves developing detail within existing programmes, coaching others, and evaluating risk to ensure programme robustness while meeting commercial requirements.

Qualifications

• Broad understanding of construction methods and outputs.
• Awareness of commercial and contractual requirements and change management.
• Ability to evaluate and align supply chain programmes with business processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide planning, scheduling and controls deliverables for bids and projects.
• Develop detail within an existing programme and coach others as needed.
• Maintain internal and external project controls reporting and risk assessment.
• Site based role at Snowdonia, 5 days per week; support across work types and values.
