Job summary

RTL Group Ltd is seeking a Site Agent in Cambridge to support a long-term tunnelling project with an immediate start. You will manage day-to-day site operations, supervise subcontractors and site teams, and coordinate underground civils works to programme and quality targets.

The ideal candidate holds CSCS (Black/Gold) and SMSTS, has strong tunnelling experience, a civil engineering background, and a full UK driving licence. On-site role with immediate start available.

Qualifications

• CSCS with Black or Gold card (or equivalent).
• SMSTS certification required.
• Proven tunnelling experience is essential.
• Experience managing underground civils, shafts or tunnelling works.
• Strong civil engineering background.
• Experience in coordinating subcontractors and site teams.
• Good understanding of temporary works and deep excavations.
• Full UK driving licence.
