Job summary

RTL Group Ltd is seeking a Site Agent to lead a tunnelling project in Grays, with an immediate start. You will manage day-to-day site operations, supervise subcontractors and ensure works are delivered to schedule, budget and specification.

Strong tunnelling and underground civils experience are essential. Applicants should have CSCS Black/Gold and SMSTS, a full UK licence, and a solid civil engineering background, with a track record of leading site teams and ensuring RAMS and safety compliance

Qualifications

• Strong tunnelling experience is essential.
• Experience managing underground civil engineering projects.
• Experience with shafts, deep excavations or SCL advantageous.
• Strong civil engineering background.
• Experience managing subcontractors and site teams.
• Good understanding of temporary works and RAMS.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Managing day-to-day site operations.

• Coordinating labour, plant and materials.

• Monitoring quality and maintaining site records.
• Reporting progress to the Project Manager.
