Job summary

RTL Group Ltd is seeking a Site Agent to lead a tunnelling project in Grays with an immediate start. The role requires proven tunnelling and underground civils experience and the ability to manage site operations and subcontractors on a busy tunnelling site.

The successful candidate will coordinate RAMS and temporary works, liaise with clients and stakeholders, and ensure safety, quality and schedule adherence on site.

Qualifications

• Black or Gold CSCS
• SMSTS
• Strong tunnelling experience is essential
• Previous experience managing underground civil engineering projects
• Experience with shafts, deep excavations or SCL would be advantageous
• Strong civil engineering background
• Experience managing subcontractors and site teams
• Good understanding of temporary works and RAMS
• Full UK driving licence
