Job summary

Prospero Teaching is recruiting a Tuition Recruitment Consultant to join the Bristol Tuition Team. You will support vulnerable children by providing 1:1 tuition and intervention tutors across the Bristol area, building links with schools and departments.

You will be responsible for sourcing tutors, identifying client needs, and maintaining strong relationships while meeting tight deadlines and targets. A strong drive and team spirit are essential for success in this growing area.

Qualifications

• Graduate or equivalent is desirable for this role.

Responsibilities

• Resourcing and registering Tutors.
• Speaking to clients to identify needs and set timescales.
• Build strong client relationships through regular communication.
• Advertising jobs, CV searching and registrations.
• Monitor service quality and reporting on account status.
• Communicate progress of the provision to stakeholders.
• Fill bookings and handle referrals with the team.
• Support candidate mailers and data entry/administration.
