Job summary

Prospero Teaching is recruiting a Tuition Recruitment Consultant to join our Bristol Tuition Team. You’ll source and register 1:1 tutors, build client relationships and manage vacancies, while supporting vulnerable children through targeted tuition provision.

You’ll engage with schools and stakeholders across Bristol, handle CVs, advertising and referrals, and work within a targets-driven, commission-based environment offering clear career progression and industry-leading training.

Qualifications

• Strong written and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn.
• Graduate or equivalent desirable.
• Experience in the education sector or in a similar role is a plus.

• Build strong client relationships, through regular communication

• Monitor the quality of services provided and report on the status of accounts

Prospero Teaching are delighted to be recruiting a Tuition Recruitment Consultant to join our Bristol Tuition Team!

Your role will be supporting vulnerable children by providing 1:1 tuition and intervention tutors.

You will be working within the education sector supplying excellent handpicked and carefully selected 1:1 tutors across Bristol area whilst building strong links across all departments with key stakeholders

In this role you will be responsible for-
