Prospero Teaching is recruiting a Tuition Recruitment Consultant to join the Bristol Tuition Team. You will support vulnerable children by providing 1:1 tuition and intervention tutors across the Bristol area, building links with schools and departments.

You will be responsible for sourcing tutors, identifying client needs, and maintaining strong relationships while meeting tight deadlines and targets. A strong drive and team spirit are essential for success in this growing area.

• Resourcing and registering Tutors.

Prospero Teaching are delighted to be recruiting a Tuition Recruitment Consultant to join our Bristol Tuition Team!

Your role will be supporting vulnerable children by providing 1:1 tuition and intervention tutors.

You will be working within the education sector supplying excellent handpicked and carefully selected 1:1 tutors across Bristol area whilst building strong links across all departments with key stakeholders

In this role you will be responsible for-

• Resourcing and registering Tutors
• Speaking to clients to identify needs and work within set timescales
• Build strong client relationships, through regular communication
• Advertising jobs, CV searching and registrations
• Monitor the quality of services provided and report on the status of accounts both internally and externally where required
• Clearly communicate the progress of the provision
• Working with the team to fill bookings and handle referrals
• Supporting with candidate mailers
• Data entry/ administration
