Prospero Teaching in Bristol is seeking a proactive Tuition Recruitment Consultant to join the Bristol Tuition Team. You will source and place 1:1 tutors, build relationships with schools and clients, and support vulnerable children through targeted tutoring programmes.

The role offers industry-leading commission, career progression, and a supportive team environment with extensive training.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Resourcing and registering Tutors.
• Speaking to clients to identify needs and work within set timescales.
• Build strong client relationships through regular communication.
• Advertising jobs, CV searching and registrations.
• Monitor the quality of services provided and report on accounts.
• Clearly communicate the progress of the provision.
• Work with the team to fill bookings and handle referrals.
• Support with candidate mailers.
• Data entry/ administration.

Prospero Teaching are delighted to be recruiting a Tuition Recruitment Consultant to join our Bristol Tuition Team!

Your role will be supporting vulnerable children by providing 1:1 tuition and intervention tutors.

You will be working within the education sector supplying excellent handpicked and carefully selected 1:1 tutors across Bristol area whilst building strong links across all departments with key stakeholders

In this role you will be responsible for-
