Prospero Teaching in Bristol is seeking a Tuition Recruitment Consultant to join our Bristol Tuition Team. You’ll support vulnerable children by providing 1:1 tuition and intervention tutors, while building strong links with schools and stakeholders.

In this role you’ll source and register tutors, speak with clients, manage bookings, and drive growth through excellent service and communication. A graduate or equivalent background is desirable, with opportunities for rapid career progression.

Formación

• Ideally, you will have experience in the education sector or in a similar role.

Responsabilidades

• Resourcing and registering Tutors
• Speaking to clients to identify needs and work within set timescales
• Build strong client relationships, through regular communication
• Advertising jobs, CV searching and registrations
• Monitor the quality of services provided and report on the status of accounts both internally and externally where required
• Clearly communicate the progress of the provision
• Working with the team to fill bookings and handle referrals
• Supporting with candidate mailers
• Data entry/ administration
