Job summary

Medical Aid for Palestinians (MAP) in London seeks a Trusts and Foundations Manager to lead fundraising efforts, manage a donor pipeline, and drive income growth. Qualifications

• Proven track record in securing significant income from Trusts and Foundations.
• Strong proposal writing and donor stewardship skills.
• Experience leading or developing fundraising teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Trusts and Foundations programme to secure income from active and cold audiences, focusing on donors giving GBP 50,000+ per annum.
• Line manage the Trusts and Foundations Officer and support professional development.
• Identify new channels to grow income from Trusts and Foundations outside existing networks.
• Develop and deliver tailored proposals and stewardship plans for supporters.
• Collaborate with the Prospect Research Manager to build a strong pipeline of leads.
• Develop and implement a range of cultivation tools.
• Monitor, review and evaluate performance against plans and forecasts.
