Job summary

Migrant Help is seeking a Trusts & Foundations Coordinator to join our Income and Partnerships team. This remote, home-based role will help identify and secure funding from trusts and foundations, steward philanthropic funders, and support high-value grant applications.

You will work closely with the Business Development Manager: Bids & Tenders and the Head of Income & Partnerships to grow income, manage donor relationships, and ensure compelling, compliant fundraising proposals for a UK-based

Qualifications

• Experience in trusts & foundations fundraising.
• Excellent writing, attention to detail, proofreading.
• Experience producing bespoke TF grant applications and impact reports.
• Proven track record securing donations/grants (£10,000+) in the region.
• Experience managing and stewarding high net worth donors.
• Understanding of TF fundraising and related compliance.

Responsibilities

• Identify, research, and build a pipeline of Trusts & Foundations and philanthropic prospects.
• Research funding opportunities aligned to strategic programmes.
• Maintain an annual fundraising target with 6–12 month forecast pipeline.
• Write high quality fundraising applications and propositions to inspire donors.
• Support donor cultivation, stewardship and relationships with high value funders.
• Support individual giving and community fundraising; ensure donor management quality.
• Produce impact and evaluation reports for TF donors.
