Job summary

Migrant Help is recruiting a Trusts & Foundations Coordinator to join our Income and Partnerships team. This home-based role focuses on identifying, securing and growing income from trusts, foundations and philanthropic funders, while stewarding relationships with high-value donors.

You will work with the Business Development Manager and Head of Income & Partnerships to build a strong 6–12 month pipeline, manage applications, and deliver impact reports that demonstrate our outcomes and impact.

Qualifications

• Experience of trust & foundations fundraising.
• Excellent writing skills, attention to detail, accuracy and proofreading.
• Experience of writing bespoke T&F grant applications, funding propositions and impact reports.
• Proven track record of securing donations/grants (≈£10,000+).
• Experience managing high net worth donors.

Responsibilities

• Identify and build a pipeline of Trusts & Foundations and philanthropic prospects.
• Research funding opportunities aligned to strategic programmes.
• Meet annual fundraising target (£75k+) with 6–12 month pipeline.
• Write high-quality grant applications and propositions.
• Support donor cultivation and stewardship with high-value donors and funders.
• Produce impact and evaluation reports for donors.
