NFP People Limited seeks a Trusts and Foundations Fundraising Manager to lead funding from trusts and foundations and grow income for a charity supporting people affected by serious health conditions. You will manage existing funder relationships and develop new prospects.

Reporting to the CEO, you will craft compelling applications and impact reports and align opportunities with organisational priorities. Hybrid or remote working available in the UK.

Qualificações

• Proven experience securing funding from trusts and foundations.
• Excellent proposal and report writing skills.
• Strong ability to manage funder relationships.
• Solid research and prospecting skills.
• Experience using CRM systems to support fundraising activities.
• Demonstrated project management capabilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
• Exceptional attention to detail and prioritisation.
• Knowledge of healthcare or charity sector is advantageous.

• Developing and implementing a trusts and foundations fundraising strategy.
