Job summary

The Diocese of Hereford Multi-Academy Trust is seeking an outstanding and experienced Headteacher to join our Trust leadership team. This permanent role may be deployed to lead one of our academies in line with Trust requirements.

The successful candidate will be an inspirational, values-led leader with a proven track record of improving pupil outcomes and leading school improvement, and will build strong relationships with pupils, staff, parents, and stakeholders.

Job description

The Diocese of Hereford Multi-Academy Trust is a successful and ambitious Multi-Academy Trust committed to providing exceptional experiences for all children and young people across our family of schools.

We are seeking an outstanding and experienced Headteacher to join our Trust leadership team. This is a permanent Headteacher position employed directly by the Trust. The successful candidate will initially work alongside Trust leaders to support strategic development and school improvement priorities and may be deployed to lead one of our academies in accordance with Trust requirements.

This exciting opportunity would suit an experienced Headteacher or highly experienced senior leader seeking the opportunity to make a wider contribution across a Trust while retaining the opportunity to lead at academy level.
