Blackdown Education Partnership is seeking an experienced senior leader to join the central education team as a School Improvement Partner: Curriculum and Pedagogy. You will shape the Trust-wide approach to curriculum and pedagogy, aligning with each school's context and strengths, and work closely with Directors of Education and headteachers to drive improvement.

Aufgaben

• provide strategic leadership for curriculum, teaching and learning
• support schools to develop high-quality, inclusive curricula
• champion evidence-informed teaching and pedagogical practice
• lead professional development, coaching and collaboration across the Trust
• use performance information, evaluation and quality assurance to support improvement
• work effectively with Headteachers and senior leaders to identify priorities and secure sustainable improvement
• promote high expectations and equitable outcomes for all pupils, particularly those who are vulnerable or disadvantaged
