Blackdown Education Partnership seeks a School Improvement Partner to lead a Trust-wide approach to curriculum and pedagogy, respecting each school's context.

You will drive strategic leadership for curriculum and teaching, champion evidence-informed practice and support professional development across the Trust.

Applicants must be eligible to work in the UK and an enhanced DBS check is required.

Qualifications

• Experienced senior leader in education
• Accomplished educational leader
• Strong track record of improving curriculum, teaching and pupil outcomes

Responsabilités

• Lead a coherent Trust-wide approach to curriculum and pedagogy, recognising each school's context
• Provide strategic leadership for curriculum, teaching and learning
• Support schools to develop high-quality, inclusive curricula
• Champion evidence-informed teaching and pedagogical practice
• Lead professional development, coaching and collaboration across the Trust
• Use performance information, evaluation and quality assurance to support improvement
• Work with Headteachers and senior leaders to identify priorities and secure sustainable improvement
• Promote high expectations and equitable outcomes for all pupils, particularly those who are vulnerable or disadvantaged
