Job summary

NHS Professionals is seeking a Trust Services Partner in Harlow to deliver on-site customer support for ward managers and NHSP bank workers. You will resolve queries, provide expert guidance, and nurture relationships with ward staff to ensure satisfaction and service quality.

You will also represent NHSP during ward visits to attract new flexible workers, contributing to a positive candidate experience and trust with the NHS.

We are currently recruiting for a Trust Services Partner

37.5 Hours per Week / Monday – Friday On‑Site (With Hybrid Working)

Location - Kao Park, Harlow

£26,500 per annum / plus the opportunity to take advantage of a range of our unique Rewards and Benefits

This is critical role for the local NHS Trust the Trust Services Partner provides on-site customer support for the Trust ward managers and NHSP bank workers (flexible workers) ensuring all contact with NHSP is quick, simple and helpful. You will be on site providing support to ward manager and workers will deliver expert advice and guidance for prompt query resolution for any enquiry that the NHSP National Service Centre are unable to help with. You will manage client relationships by visiting wards to check in on ward manager and flexible worker satisfaction and promote NHSP to potential new workers during visits.
