Job summary

JD.COM is expanding its Europe-based International Compliance Department and Trust & Safety Operations. The role focuses on investigating marketplace issues and enforcing across sellers, products, listings and content in UK and EU marketplaces.

You will manage investigations, notice-and-action processes, and product safety/IP cases, while contributing to enforcement policies and decision guidance in a fast-moving international environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in Trust & Safety, marketplace operations or investigations.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and spoken English; Mandarin or another European language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Investigate seller, product, listing and content cases.
• Review evidence and apply enforcement policies.
• Handle notice-and-action and restricted product cases.
• Make listing and seller enforcement decisions within authority levels.
• Maintain case records and support policy development.
