Job summary

The Range seeks a detail‑oriented Compliance Executive based in London to support its Marketplace operations. You will work with internal teams and marketplace sellers to ensure compliance, monitor performance and manage documentation.

Reporting to the Seller Compliance & Analyst Lead, you will handle due diligence, reporting, and onboarding tasks, while maintaining data securely. Hybrid work arrangement with some on-site days.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
• Experience with data, reporting and administrative processes.
• Proficient in Excel with formula, filters and lookups.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
• Experience with data protection and information security.

Responsibilities

• Conduct seller due diligence and compliance checks.
• Monitor seller accounts for compliance, risks and performance.
• Escalate issues to stakeholders as needed.
• Maintain seller records, trackers and documentation.
• Produce reports on seller performance and compliance.
• Monitor order performance and customer service metrics.
• Assist with onboarding and marketplace setup.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve queries.
• Identify process improvements to increase efficiency.
• Handle sensitive information securely.
